A statement by the DG CIIN, Richard Borokini, stated that entries runs from July 7 – August 31, 2020 and late registration starts from September 1 – September 2020.
However, all persons desirous of sitting for the institute’s examination are required as pre-requisite to register as members of the institute.
The institute stated the first diet will still hold once the coast is cleared and candidates must have passed the SSCE or GCE examinations with credits in five subjects including English language and mathematics at not more than two sittings.
The fee specifications are posted online, diploma qualifiers fees are also posted, while international candidates have same timelines, except that the fee is in dollars.
CIIN offers rebates on fees to undergraduates of any accredited institution in Nigeria and that 15 per cent early payment discount on examination fee exist for only candidates who registered for the diet.
CIIN encouraged candidates to get course books at the secretariat and suggested tutorials for examination.
However, request for change of subject and/or centre would not be entertained after September 7, 2020, while withdrawal from examination after September 7, 2020 would lead to the forfeiture of all fees paid and that application for exemptions should be forwarded to the secretariat for central processing.
