Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc today rolled up its corporate sleeves for the maiden capacity building for the media covering the insurance and pension industry: the National Association of Insurance and Pension Correspondents, NAIPCO, at its head office in Lagos.
The company assembled its high calibre resource persons from Abuja where the executive director, Ms Kadaria Ahmed joined virtual and, the fleet of its Lagos top management.
The theme was, The Role of Insurance in Economic Growth, by Kadaria while the Lagos team was taken by the head of the technical department, Joseph Oladokun and the assistant and, Gabriel Gbadebo head of life department.
The managing director, Femi Asenuga said the company prides itself as one that championed the campaign for deepening of insurance in Nigeria with its offer of diversified retail products as the hub for insurance penetration, stressing that its focus was mainly on the under covered and unserved market “and we have made our mark in the market.”
