The National Insurance Commission open sail to secure new insurance deals, sustain already existing frontiers and raise insurance underwriting capabilities has taken it to the waters of the Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy.
The Executive Management of the National Insurance Commission led by the Commissioner for Insurance Mr. Olusegun Omosehin visited the Hon. Minister of Marine & Blue Economy Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola in his Office in Abuja .
The meeting held yesterday October 3, 2024 discussed collaboration between the Commission and the Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy. Some of the areas for collaboration are through creating a portal for verification of Marine insurance policies and exploring options in the cabotage act to ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
